Structural Engineers in Kensington

99 Structural Engineers are a Kensington-based structural engineering practice. We are on Notting Hill Gate in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) and serve local residential buildings and domestic houses in Kensington and the surrounding area of West London.

We set up in Kensington as our founder has happy memories of working here on the High Commission of Pakistan, offices for Ovo Energy and with some fantastic residential architects who are based locally.

99 Structural Engineers provide structural engineering consultancy across our three segments of Residential, Carbon Zero and MMC. Our services include pre-purchase advice and structural inspections. Feasibility studies and consultancy on Carbon Zero design and the use of MMC. Design of extensions, loft conversions and basements. Building Control submissions, client monitoring and construction site inspections.

Our engineers are fully chartered and works to heritage buildings are reviewed by a Conservation Accredited Engineer with over 30 years experience. We are fully insured and currently rated 5/5 on Google, Local Surveyors Direct and Yell.com.
