If we do paid work for you we are required by law to retain the project information we create and also correspondence and information sent to us by the rest of the design team and other relevant third parties. We also have an address book so we can correspond with you. We do not keep any banking details on our servers.
If you correspond with us we may add you to our address book. If you provide us with information such as to inform a quote we save this on our servers.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

How long we retain your data
Project information has to be retained by law for at least six years if the project is signed under hand, otherwise for twelve years. After this time it can be destroyed if you so request.
Other information such as for quoting is retained unless you request that we delete it.
What rights you have over your data
If you have corresponded with us, you can request to receive an exported cache of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Project information that is relevant to you will be issued to you at the conclusion of the project.
