In early 2020 there was a change in leadership at ICE Knowledge, the department within the Institution of Civil Engineering responsible for member knowledge sharing. We provided a piece of consulting work on strategy. Advising on learning from a range of companies of different sizes on what forms of knowledge sharing are effective and how the ICE could scale it’s ICE Knowledge offering including possible revenue streams.
